Welcome to the Web Site of Desborough Bowling Club. Set close to Maidenhead town centre we have thriving indoor and outdoor sections. Our membership includes several International players including the England International and past "World Womens Matchplay Champion" (in 2009 & 2010), Debbie Stavrou, as well as Sian Gordon who won "The UNDER 25's Championship" in 2012. We have a very pleasant lounge area from which both greens can be viewed, a fully stocked bar and catering facilities.

We run coaching sessions for potential new members, all ages welcome, especially youngsters - no equipment needed. (For further details click on the "Coaching for all" button.)

Whether you are looking for top level competition or social bowls, we have something for you. We offer several levels of membership: Full indoor and outdoor, indoor only, outdoor only, and for those who want to join for social activity only, we offer that level too.

If your Club is considering a Tour in East Berkshire then Maidenhead can offer excellent local hotels and attractions. Windsor Castle and the River Thames are a must see. In addition to Desborough there are two other excellent outdoor bowling clubs in the local area so your competitive needs would be well catered for.
