Indoor Newsletter – September 2018

I hope you have all had a good outdoor season and are now looking forward to the challenge of the indoor rinks.

We have a full schedule of friendly representative matches arranged for the coming months and if you are available and want to play in any of these, then please put your name of the fixture sheets displayed on the Club noticeboards.

The first friendly fixture is away at Oxford & District, (transport provided if required) on Saturday 6th October, followed by a home match against Egham on Wednesday 10th October.

We are pleased to report that the development of the new Club at the Green lane site is on programme and the contractor, Wren Construction have confirmed they are aiming to achieve Practical Completion in February 2019.

This would then allow us to furnish and commission the new club with a view to opening both the new indoor and outdoor facilities in April 2019.

Regular updates as to progress with the new club development will be posted on the notice boards however to answer some of the most common questions asked by members I would advise as follows:-
